They identified the issue with my shower thermostat, even before looking at it. This was particularly impressive as a number of plumbers had looked at the problem previously but were not able to diagnose or fix it.
Throughout the installation James was professional, knowledgeable and informed me at key stages of what to expect. He worked efficiently and the area clean and tidy. Communication was very good, turning up on time on every occasion.
A subsequent malfunction of the mixer unit (nothing to do with the original installation) was replaced and fitted without an issue."
